Mr. Magill earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston and began his career in the construction and manufacturing industries. Over the last thirty-five years, Mr. Magill has held senior
positions in a publicly traded integrated healthcare company, a partnership for two investment banking groups, and in a clinical research company as chief executive officer. Mr. Magill is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and is Principal of Magill PC; Partner in Ovation Speakers and Talent and President of Quicksilver Automotive Group.

Paul Cherry
Mr. Cherry has more than 30 years of management experience in financial operations with integrated energy companies in the oilfield services and interstate pipeline industries. He has held leadership roles in credit risk management, treasury operations, and accounts receivable, providing strategic direction in mitigating credit exposures for Fortune 100 companies for whom he has worked. Paul has proven leadership roles in project management related to asset sales, divestitures, acquisitions, rate cases and expansions and process improvement projects in the oil and gas industry. He has management expertise in systems integration and software development in the energy business sector as well relating to financial operations. Mr. Cherry graduated from The University of Houston with a BS degree in Hotel Restaurant Management with significant post graduate coursework in accounting. Paul held a board position on the Houston Association of Credit Management for three years as well as being an involved member of the International Energy Credit Association for 15 years.
